Cambridge Solutions to Deliver Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Solutions from Dassault Systèmes

Bangalore, India – November 29th, 2006: Cambridge Solutions Ltd. (“Cambridge”), a leading knowledge-based IT and BPO firm and Dassault Systèmes Americas Corp. (“DSAC”) today announced the signing of an agreement whereby Cambridge will deliver and market Dassault Systèmes’ product lifecycle management solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers in the United States. Through this agreement, Cambridge will apply its expertise as a systems integrator (SI), development house, and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider to market, resell and support the product and solution capabilities to different industry segments in order to introduce more innovative products and processes.

In this expanded relationship, Cambridge will market and resell CATIA, ENOVIA and DELMIA products, all leading solutions from Dassault, to its customers.  Complementary to this agreement, Cambridge will provide its customer implementation services, including planning, installation, data migration, custom application development, best practices consulting, support and project management.  Cambridge will make significant investments to enhance its ability to resell the suite, and will immediately focus on specific accounts in the mid-market segment.
