Scandent Solutions Corporation Limited Subsidiary Acquires Leading SAP® Services Provider, Nexplicit
Acquisition Adds SAP® Depth to Scandent’s ERP Practice
Bangalore, India June 12, 2006: Scandent Solutions Corporation Limited, soon to be known as Cambridge Solutions Ltd., one of the largest knowledge-based IT and BPO firms in the world, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Scandent Group Inc., USA has acquired US-based Nexplicit, a leading SAP (System Applications and Products) services provider with a strong focus in the entertainment and high-technology manufacturing industries.

Nexplicit focuses on providing staff augmentation, solutions development, implementation and support on SAP application systems, and offers an industry-specific solution to the entertainment industry called MediaFINALE. With a marquee client base and more than 110 professionals located in the US and India, Nexplicit has annual revenue in excess of $13 million.

On March 13, 2006, the Honorable High Court of Karnataka approved the merger between Scandent Solutions Corp. Ltd., and Cambridge Services Holdings, LLC. The resultant merged entity is being renamed as Cambridge Solutions Ltd.
