Scandent Solutions Corporation Limited Subsidiary Acquires Leading SAP® Services Provider, Nexplicit

Bangalore, India – June 12, 2006: Scandent Solutions Corporation Limited, soon to be known as Cambridge Solutions Ltd., one of the largest knowledge-based IT and BPO firms in the world, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Scandent Group Inc., USA has acquired US-based Nexplicit, a leading SAP (System Applications and Products) services provider with a strong focus in the entertainment and high-technology manufacturing industries.

With a marquee client base and more than 110 professionals located in the US and India, Nexplicit has annual revenue in excess of $13 million.
