Cambridge Solutions strengthens Senior management team
- Appointments strengthen company’s commitment to its IT business
February 7, 2008: Cambridge Solutions Limited (“Cambridge”), a leading knowledge-based firm that offers ITO and BPO services, today announced the appointment of three senior level appointments to its ITO business.
Thomas Genazzio has been appointed Vice President, ITO and will head Cambridge’s Enterprise Resource Planning services which are primarily focused around SAP and Oracle Applications. He has had significant experience in selling and managing large global enterprise class solutions. He comes to Cambridge from Bearing Point. Anjan Dutta who was earlier the head of a talent search and acquisition boutique for IT companies in Bangalore has been appointed as Vice President of Staffing, Human Resources. M R Ravichandran, a seasoned professional with over twenty six years of experience in software services has been appointed Chief Delivery Officer. The new positions will report in to Dilip Keshu, Chief Strategy/Corporate Development Officer and President, ITO, Cambridge Solutions.
“Our ITO business has experienced solid growth. We have added a new development center in Pune and moved to a larger facility in Chennai. These valuable additions to the management team ensure continued support to our clients and expanding employee base,” said Dilip Keshu. “The three senior appointments comprise a rich storehouse of industry experience. They will work closely with me to enhance our ITO offerings, and ensure that we have the right talent to service customers across the 9 countries and 8 industry verticals we serve.”
Before joining Cambridge, Thomas Genazzio was Managing Director Bearing Point where he was responsible for revenues across four industry segments that included automotive, A&D, airlines and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Cambridge Anjan Dutta headed a talent search boutique for ten years. He was the Bangalore Chapter Convener of Executive Recruiters Association, an Apex body of recruiters across India. Prior to this, he led the project implementation function with India’s leading project venture consultancy and was involved in the execution of large greenfield projects from concept to commissioning. After his MBA, he joined one of India’s fastest growing PC companies as an industry marketing specialist.
M R Ravichandran has extensive experience in software services, including delivering large scale projects and managing a profit center. Prior to joining Cambridge, he headed the Retail Banking Business Unit of a large banking solutions integrator where he was responsible for project delivery across the globe.
