Cambridge Solutions Named Among Top Three Best Performing BPO Providers Worldwide Second Year in a Row
International Survey Results Released by neoIT and Global Services
Bangalore – February 5, 2007 - Cambridge Solutions Ltd. has been named one of the top three “Best Performing BPO Providers” in the world for the second year in a row and included in the 2007 Global Services 100 listing of global service providers prepared by Global Services in conjunction with neoIT. Additionally, Cambridge was ranked as one of the top three Leaders in Human Capital Development.
“What differentiates a Global Services 100 company from its peers is an outstanding
integration of many capabilities that creates value for its clients and stakeholders,” said
Rusty Weston, editor-in-chief, Global Services. “If a company has consistently
demonstrated a pattern of market leadership, innovation and outstanding customer
service, it will be reflected in its continued inclusion and high rank in this annual survey.”
“Cambridge’s high ranking in both categories validates the success of our strategic
global outsourcing model, as well as our commitment to developing the best and
brightest workforce throughout the world,” said Chris Sinclair, executive chairman and
CEO for Cambridge Solutions. ”As a result, we create value for our customers that goes
significantly beyond the savings achieved through labor arbitrage.”
The Global Services 100 includes large multinational service providers, emerging BPO providers, vertical specialists and leading customer-service firms. The international survey and evaluation was conducted by Global Services media and neoIT, a leading offshore outsourcing advisory firm, to identify the leading service providers across four continents. Firms are evaluated based on effective operations, client management, human capital and service lines. During the course of the survey, over 250 data points were collected from 147 respondents worldwide.
“This recognition is very gratifying for Cambridge Solutions,” noted Geeta Sankappanavar, vice president, Strategic Global Outsourcing for Cambridge Solutions and a speaker at this year’s conference. “The survey recognizes both our market leadership and our innovative model which incorporates a client-facing presence in the firm’s home country, the integration of BPO and IT, and a focus on knowledge process outsourcing.”
