Ram’s background includes over twenty-one years of Human Resources experience within the Information Technology industry. He has a deep technical/functional expertise in Resource Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Training & Development, HR systems re-engineering. He has held positions of global responsibilities and lived both on and off-shore. Most recently, Ram headed the Human Capital function at PSI Data Systems, Limited. Prior to PSI, he worked at Wipro Information Technology Limited. He earned a graduate degree in Economics and a post-graduate diploma in Personnel Management and Human Resources.
