Srikrishna Madhavan
Head - Finance
As head of finance for Xchanging’s process outsourcing services, Mr. Srikrishna oversees all financial, commercial aspects of the operation including contract negotiations, pricing and driving cost efficiencies. Prior to Xchanging, Srikrishna was CFO and part of the initial team that conceptualized and built an IT outsourcing services company, Vmoksha Technologies, India, over five years. He has worked for IBM Global Services, India, in Planning & Pricing roles, negotiating large scale - multiyear outsourcing contracts, besides driving the planning and performance of the export services of IBM Global Services India. He started his career with UB Information & Consultancy Services, an IT Services company, a division of the UB Group of India.
Mr. Srikrishna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai and a Masters Degree in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
