JOB TITLE: Business Process Analyst
JOB LOCATION: Singapore (Only Singapore Candidates)
TOTAL EXP: 7-8 yrs
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Business Process Analyst is required to perform business data analysis, understand related applications and identify process improvement opportunities. Working closely with related workgroups and business stake holder, the Business Process Analyst is expected to identify short term workarounds, support process designs and support deployment activities.
- Strong consultative skills with service-oriented attitude as well as extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good exposure to ERP applications
- Experience working in a regional role with multi-country and multi-cultural environment
- A minimum of 8years business process mapping, documenting the as-is process and identifying process improvement opportunities across a range of industry sectors
- Solid Business Process Reengineering Implementation experience, ideally Six Sigma qualified
- Change management/Project lead experience essential, as is ability to engage with key stakeholders to ensure acceptance of the programme of change
- Ability to lead process review and design workshops, run training, user acceptance testing and support change management activities
- Proven ability to undertake detailed reviews of new tools/technologies, understand capabilities and business gaps
- Ability to communicate complex technical contents and data in simple terms clearly

- At least 4+ years of working experience in Oracle EBS, and involved and implemented live projects
- Should be extremely well-versed in Oracle Configurator, Oracle Bill of Materials, Order Management, Oracle Workflow, Advance Pricing, & Installbase modules.
- Well versed in PL-SQL, developing stored procedures and packages. Very knowledgeable in FND, JTF technologies/framework of Oracle.
